- Investigated the sex-reversal 6 stages, immature male, mature male, male at 60 days after female removal, male at 90 days after female removal, male at 120 days after female removal and mature female, as the results, GTH subunits and GTH receptors mRNA expressions were increased at 90 days
- Investigated the histological observation of gonad by H-E staining, as the result, numbers and size of oocytes were increased at 90 days
- Investigated the plasma E2 concentration, and it was significantly increased at 90 days, this result indicated that E2 plays an important role of sex change, male at 90 days after female removal to female
